About me

About me

I was born in Rome in September 1979.

Since my  childhood, thanks to the presence at home of my father’s cameras and black-and-white prints, I became  passionate about photography and  darkroom printing.

In the years from 2005 to 2009, I studied analog and digital photography at the school of arts and crafts in Rome, in the heart of Trastevere. Also in 2009 I graduated in Philosophy at the “Roma Tre university” and I won the call to participate in the Leonardo project, which allowed me to move to Barcelona and collaborate with a documentary photography association.

Photography becomes a way of revealing to myself and to others my personal way of telling beauty and giving expression to the need to write with light all those nuances that escape the objective clearness of language. Photography is for me to be in love with the world and to see in this union my reason for being.

In recent years I have devoted myself to studying all aspects of the language of photography, dedicating myself in particular to landscape photography, trying to tell that visceral reality that unites us as living beings and that manifests itself through the beauty of nature.

At the same time I dedicate myself to portrait photography, making off photography for cinema, events, street, architecture and reportage, attending courses in professional lighting post-production photography and audiovisual production.
